How to prepare

Attiéké: Steam for 10 to 15 minutes until soft and fluffy. Serve warm.

Palm Fruit Pulp: Soak in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes. Squeeze and strain to extract the sauce. Add meat, fish, or vegetables and simmer until cooked through.
